Do I need to be on QuickBooks or a specific software?
We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, and several other platforms. If you’re already on a system, we’ll meet you there. If you’re not set up yet, we’ll recommend and configure the best fit for your business at no additional cost.
What happens if my business grows and I need more support?
Plans are designed to scale with you. Moving from Foundation to Growth or Scale is straightforward — we’ll review your needs together and adjust your engagement mid-month if necessary. There’s no penalty for upgrading.
Are these prices fixed or do they change based on transaction volume?
The prices above are starting rates for typical businesses in each revenue band. Businesses with unusually high transaction volumes, multiple entities, or complex payroll structures may require a slight adjustment. We’ll always quote you clearly before starting.
What does “no long-term contracts” mean in practice?
You’re billed month-to-month and can cancel with 30 days’ notice. We don’t lock you in because we believe the quality of our work should be what keeps you — not a contract clause.
How is this different from my current accountant?
